Birthday parties at Harlequin!

With a bouncy slide, sprung floor and lots of activity equipment, the gym has everything you’ll need to make your children’s party a great time.

The party is supervised by a level 2 coach or above plus one assistant. The party format will consist of 1 hour in the gym, followed by 45 minutes upstairs in our party room for food.

All parties are required to provide food, drinks and plates etc. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your party and the staff will allow you in and distribute your wristbands.

You will be required to tidy up and place any party litter in the bin provided outside the gym.

Number of children: You have 30 children included in your price. Unfortunately we cannot exceed this number.

Rates: £200 per session (member) or £215 per session (non-member).

Invitations: Party invites are included in your price. These can be collected from the gym once your party deposit is secured.

Party bags: We can provide party bags priced at £1.50 per child. These include a bag of sweets, a balloon, a glow stick and a bubble wand.

Deposit & Booking

A £70 non-refundable deposit. The balance is payable three weeks before the party.
