Party Request - Booking & Information Form

 

One hour and 15 minutes is spent in the gym, followed by 30 minutes in our new party room!

With a bouncy castle, play house and slide, sprung floor and lots of activity equipment, the gym has everything you’ll need to make your children’s party a great fun time.

The party is supervised by a level 2 coach or above plus one assistant.  The party format will consist of 1 hour and 15 minutes in the gym, followed by 30 minutes in our new party room for lunch etc. (duration times are approximate).

Bring your own food and kitchen facilities are available for you to prepare lunch. 30 minutes before you are due in the Party Room for the party itself, you go into the Party Room to set-up whilst the children are in the gym.

Please take any party litter away with you.

Maximum 20 children.

Rates: £105 per session (non-member) or £90 per session (member)

A £30 non-refundable deposit together with a £20 refundable deposit needs to be paid when the party is booked. The latter will not be cashed unless necessary and will be returned in the week following the party. The balance is payable three weeks before the party.

The gym is available to hire for parties throughout the week during the school holidays, and Sundays only during term time.

Session times:

11.00am - 12.45pm

12.15pm - 2.00pm

1.30pm - 3.15pm

2.45pm - 4.30pm

4.00pm - 5.45pm (Saturdays only)
