If you would like to join Harlequin School of Gymnastics, we would be very happy to welcome you on-board.

Please read the Welcome Letter, which includes fees etc. When you are happy to proceed, please print out and complete the Medical Form and Bank Standing Order (see below).

You will also be asked to complete a Medical Form at the gym.
